Dr. Pavan Soni is an innovation evangelist, educator, author, and strategist whose work centres on helping individuals and organisations think differently, solve problems creatively, and navigate change with clarity. He is the founder of Inflexion Point, through which he conducts programmes on design thinking, innovation, and leadership, having worked with over 200 organisations across ten countries.
A Gold Medalist from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, with a postgraduate degree from IIM Mumbai and doctoral studies from IIM Bangalore, Dr. Soni combines academic depth with extensive practical experience. He serves as an Adjunct Faculty at ISB Hyderabad and IIM Bangalore, and has been a columnist for several leading publications.
He is also the bestselling author of Design Your Thinking, Design Your Career, and Everyday Creativity, and was the only Indian shortlisted for the prestigious FT & McKinsey Bracken Bower Award for Best Business Book of the Year in 2016.
